SAVE BIG BUCKS ON GAS - INCREASE CAPACITY - IMPROVE GRAIN QUALITY
This is one case where it sounds to good to be true, and it is! Tests have shown that these devises save as much as 25% on fuel, increase capacity, and are much gentler on the grain.
How is this possible? By turning the grain from the outside of the column to the inside we can accomplish all these things and not give up any capacity.
These grain turners are installed in the grain column. The grain passes through them after the grain reaches temp in the exposed grain on the inside of the column it is turned to the outside. This does two very important things. First, it allows the wet outer grain to be dried at the higher temps, and then it gets the warm grain away from the heat.
There is less blending with these installed to reach the desired moisture. Grain quality is dramatically improved.
They are stainless steel and will last as long as you will. Maintenance should be minimal as there are no moving parts.
